To fulfill the flame resistant peformance, the cable has dual layer of sheath material. The White Ceramic LSZH insulation oxygen material as inner sheath and Ceramic tape + LSZH as outer sheath. In additional, there is an Mica tape applied to wrap the inner core.

For Metro Signal System, Air Tunnel and other places where fire risk control and precationary measure are top priority.

This fiber optic cable firstly granted a third-party lab certification in 2016, for

IEC 60331-25: Test for optical cables underfire conditions-Circuit integrity-Fire alone at a flametemperature of at least 750℃, last 90mins

IEC 60332-3-24: Test for vertical flame spread of vertically-mountedbunched wires or cables -Category C

IEC 60332-1-2: Test for vertical flame propagation for a single insulated wireor cable

IEC 60754-1&2: Part 1: Determination of the halogen acid gas content, Part 2: Determination of the acidity(by pH measurement) and conductivity

IEC 61034-2: Measurement of smoke density of cables burningunder defined conditions
